Scholarship Application

The 2021-22 Scholarship Application for the Hye-Ryeong Kim Memorial Foundation is now available.

Please download and complete the form (link below) for your chance to win a $5,000 scholarship for the 2021-22 school year. Both typed and handwritten forms will be accepted and must be turned in with a copy of your high school transcript and SAT scores.

You can also submit your application online by clicking on the scholarship application form button.

Please note the deadline to apply is April 30, 2021.
